This pizza is a must bake for the holiday season or any moment when winter squash is in peak form. Delicata squash with it's earthy sweetness is a great choice. I combine the roasted winter squash with rich caramelized onions and dates. I add in the subtle crunch and acidity of chopped walnuts and a finale of heat from sliced jalapeño chiles.
